Meet the People Behind the Company

The idea of Dynamic Coach & Consult Services was conceptualized by Scott and Amy Jennings in 2019. After retiring from several years of entrepreneurship, the couple envisioned a new business venture wherein they could share the benefit of their hard-earned knowledge of life in business and the business of life.

Together, they owned and managed restaurants, a real estate "flipping" and rental company, health and life insurance sales businesses, and a New York limousine company. Despite the high level of risk, drama, and emotion associated with all of these businesses, Scott and Amy persevered, learned, and thrived.

Admittedly, mistakes and missteps were made along the way, but they always managed to prevail...A little bit wiser. It became clear that no matter what industry they were involved in, the same type of business and life challenges always presented themselves. In this realization, DYNAMIC was born.

"We learned so much about ourselves and the world we were operating in, it seemed senseless to stand by and allow others to struggle when we have the knowledge to ease their journey," Scott and Amy articulated.
